Deputy Sheriff Andy Todd Early

Deputy Andy Early succumbed to injuries sustained 10 years earlier when he was involved in an automobile accident while on patrol; his vehicle struck a patch of black ice and slid into a ditch. He became paralyzed from the neck down as a result of the accident and remained under the care of his doctor until passing away. He is survived by 2 children. Date of Incident December 27, 1996.
