Kolby was a devoted husband, father, and family man, a gentle giant; was always calm and collected and made everyone smile.
Kolby contracted Covid-19 during commission of his job duties at the Community Correctional Center-Lincoln. Corporal Baber died due to Covid-19 | I cannot thank you all enough for your generosity. Having the opportunity to go to Washington and honor my husband is such an honor. Your gift has helped make it possible! It is so important to me to show our daughter that her daddy was so important, and that he will never be forgotten. May God continue to bless you all and your generosiuty
